When one of our Pest Management Professionals walks into an apartment unit for the first time, they never know what – or whom – they’re going to encounter. But we’ve set high standards for delivering exceptional experiences, and we’ve trained our technicians to treat every customer like a VIP. So, when we got this note from Nine Eight Five High at the Castle Property Manager Stevie Yeager, we were delighted to hear that EPM’s Matthew McCray is out there living up to those high standards.
Here’s what Stevie had to say about her EPM experience, not as a Property Manager, but as a resident:
First and foremost, I wanted to reach out about one of your technicians, Matthew McCray. He personally had to come into my unit (I live in one of our properties). I was absolutely floored by his level of patience and his desire to help. He helped out in a situation that was honestly not quite comfortable to have, and his knowledge, patience, and expertise eased many of my concerns. As you know in property management, there are many issues that can arise and sometimes it’s hard to find a company you can trust. All of your technicians have been so kind, but Matthew definitely went above and beyond. Seeing how he worked in my own apartment solidified my trust that EPM will be just as good to my other residents.
